Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate compliance requirements to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to our organization's operations.

• Conduct regulatory compliance assessments to identify gaps and areas of non-compliance.

• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to address regulatory requirements.

• Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on our organization's compliance efforts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes and systems.

• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Conduct internal audits and reviews to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.

• Liaise with regulatory agencies and external auditors as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate audits or inspections.

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings in a timely and accurate manner.

• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations, as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Military, or relevant certifications.
